At The Great Escape, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while our team processes your refund.
